Tarlac City, Philippines – November 26, 2024 – Deo Gratias! Sixteen priests of the Diocese of Tarlac, who are members of the Priestly Fraternities of St. Dominic in the Philippines, were vested with the Dominican Habit in a solemn and joyous ceremony, marking an addition to the growing Dominican Family of Diocesan Priests.

The Vestition Ceremony was presided over by Fr. Arden Dacuma, OP, Provincial Promoter of the Priestly Fraternities of St. Dominic in the Philippines, and witnessed by the Dominican Sisters of Our Lady of Peace, along with the family, relatives, and friends of the sixteen priests. The sacred celebration was held at San Sebastian Cathedral Parish on November 26, 2024, at 9:00 in the morning.

This momentous occasion marks a deeper commitment to the Dominican way of life of these Diocesan Priests, embracing the charism of St. Dominic in their priestly ministry. The Dominican Province of the Philippines rejoices with them and prays for their continued faithfulness in preaching the Gospel and serving God’s people.
