Welcome to our New Dominican Postulants!
Updated: Jul 31
Today, we give thanks to the Lord for the gift of 21 Dominican postulants from the Philippines, Indonesia, and Sri Lanka. Of these, 2 Sri Lankans will arrive later in September, and 1 Filipino by the 1st week of August.
They begin their postulancy at the St. Albert the Great Pre-Novitiate House in Calamba City, where they will spend a year of prayer, discernment, study, and community life as they prepare to enter the novitiate.
We also express our heartfelt gratitude to their families for their generosity in entrusting their sons to the Lord and supporting them as they respond to His call.
As they embark on this important stage of formation, let us keep our brothers in our prayers. Through the intercession of St. Dominic, may the Lord grant them the grace of perseverance, fidelity, and joyful hearts as they continue to discern His will.
We also pray for more vocations to the Order!
